OUR PROJECTS Nefes Assos Launch

Our General Manager Abuzer Sarı attended the virtual launch of the Nefes Assos Project. SIGMA designed structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems for this specific eco-friendly project and provided fire and sustainability consultancies. For the first time in Turkey, solar panels will supply renewable energy to meet all residential units power needs in this eco-friendly project. Any excess electricity the units produce is fed back into the grid. The houses draw power from the grid as much as they need by eliminating the expense of electricity storage devices like batteries. Air source heat pumps will provide heating&cooling to the houses and reduce foot carbon print. The sewage will be treated in a wastewater plant located within the project borders, and the gray water gained will be used in the hotels toilet reservoirs and landscape irrigation.
