SIGMA is an architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) company that works with different project delivery models. We provide traditional Design-Tender-Construction services as a whole package. Upon request, we may split services into separate smaller packages. Although Design-Build is a relatively new construction delivery method ensuring a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. SIGMA successfully deals with it by assigning multi-disciplinary teams and harnessing project management knowledge accumulated over the years. The seamless Project Delivery method is unique to SIGMA for turnkey projects to meet the requirements of our clients throughout the entire project life cycle. Whatever model we work with, we aim to provide the most efficient, cost-effective, and optimum solutions to the clients. SIGMA proactively responds to the requests and uses agile working to manage projects, construction, and design works. We combine our value engineering service and total quality management method with our customer-oriented approach. With local adaptation and global integration, we produce tailor-made solutions respecting the legislative laws and specific demands from clients in different countries. At every stage of the project or real estate development life cycle, SIGMA provides customized services. Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and eventually closing out are the primary phases of the project life cycle. Additional pre-project services, such as feasibility and value studies, and post-project services, such as operation and maintenance after handover, are included in the real estate development life cycle. Planning is the backbone of the project and real estate lifecycles and tells stakeholders where to go and how to reach closing out. In this phase; the execution, monitoring & controlling stages of the project are documented, project outputs and requirements are defined, and a schedule is created. The project results are gained while construction progresses during the execution phase. Monitoring & controlling run in parallel to the execution and ensures it goes on as planned regarding time, scope, and cost estimations. Closing out is the final phase of the handover of the building or plant. In this phase, SIGMA takes a role in the operation & maintenance of the properties, and plants, if required, renews outdated MEP systems or redesigns and retrofits the building with new functions.
