SIGMA successfully delivered the structural design of the Liberty Fabay Hotel opened in 2020.

The hotel, which spreads over a 50.000 sqm area in a 90.000 sqm construction area in Fethiye, Muğla, Turkey has 535 luxury rooms.

Liberty Fabay Hotel

Reinforced concrete carcass and beamless building floors were used as the load-bearing system. SIGMA designed steel truss pedestrian bridges and roof floors. After the carrier system works for the aquapark and pools, pool revisions, and landscaping additions, the design package was delivered. The structural design package covers aquapark and pools' load-bearing systems with the landscaping.
