SIGMA delivered the structural, mechanical, and electrical for construction designs for the A+ logistics facility in compliance with international standards. 

The warehouse receives service from 14 doors. The ground floor is almost 11.000 sqm, 14 meters in height, and receives service from 13 loading & unloading bays doors and 1 forklift door. The 1st basement floor, which is almost 12.900 sqm and 11.5 meters in height, receives service from 16 doors that 15 loading & unloading bays doors, and 1 forklift door. The office and material handling area are located on the mezzanine level on both floors. The administrative section is a 1,500 sqm built-up area with 3 floors that each have a 500 sqm floor area. The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
