Design Management
Design management is a key element to ensure the delivery of project documentation according to time, budget, and schedule associated with clients' requirements with applicable standards and codes. In the design phase, documents are produced to execute the construction works on the site including tendering documents, contract templates, and a work program. Verification, validation, and review are part of design management.
Tender Management

Value Engineering
After the completion of the design process, before the start of construction activities, the system solutions and materials should be revisited considering actual conditions, budget, and time to offer the most appropriate system solutions, and material selection. Value engineering aims to solve problems, identify and eliminate unwanted costs and improve function and quality without changing the functionality and visuality of the original design.
Procurement and Logistics Management

Construction Management
The process starts after the main and subcontractors' selection. Construction management aims to meet the requirements of design, estimated time, quality and cost criteria, and standards and regulations. It is a day-to-day process requiring quality management systems, occupational safety, document management, change management, and risk management activities.
Provisional and Final Acceptance Management
Upon the completion of the project, the control of its compliance with the relevant standards, specifications, quality plans, and regulations is implemented, and if the contractor achieves the requirements of provisional acceptance (PA) criteria in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
