Every project requires concurrent management, coordination, and the association of multiple tasks. The project management requirement emerges after pre-project feasibility and land selection works to implement the design, taking permits, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, delivery, and project closeout. SIGMA carries out all technical and managerial works to achieve project goals, with a multidisciplinary and holistic approach over a single point of contact.
SIGMA partners with the clients and becomes an extension of their organization.
We manage the initiation of projects, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, design and coordination, stakeholders communication, construction, HSE and QA/QC processes and procedures, testing & commissioning.
We have specialized in serving both public and private sectors with our experienced architects and multidisciplinary engineers for commercial and residential, industrial, hospitality and accommodation, education, healthcare, culture and arts buildings, transportation, infrastructure, environment, water, and wastewater industries.
The following are critical in investment planning and strategies.
- Time Schedule
The Project Management services we offer are the following;
Project Planning and Strategy
The project management plan and strategy are created at the outset of the investment project with our clients.
Budget Estimation and Cost Control
The approximate cost of the investment is estimated on the studies of the clients' requirements. Squeezing in the budget is critical during the construction period and should be controlled closely.
Design management is a key element to ensure the delivery of project documentation according to time, budget, and schedule associated with clients' requirements with applicable standards and codes. In the design phase, documents are produced to execute the construction works on the site including tendering documents, contract templates, and a work program. Verification, validation, and review are part of design management.
The creation of administrative documents to be used in the selection of suppliers and contractors with appropriate qualifications, preparation of prequalification documents, the invitation to tender, evaluation of tender packages considering the price, and technical requirements, selection of the suppliers and contractors awarded with contracts are the steps of tender management.
After the completion of the design process, before the start of construction activities, the system solutions and materials should be revisited considering actual conditions, budget, and time to offer the most appropriate system solutions, and material selection. Value engineering aims to solve problems, identify and eliminate unwanted costs and improve function and quality without changing the functionality and visuality of the original design.
Procurement and Logistics Management
It is the activities of carrying out the procurement and logistics in line with the budget and work program in case the client is involved with the supply of materials, equipment, and systems instead of the main contractor.
Time management is the process of organizing and implementing a strategy to construct and deliver the building on time respecting the quality, and profitability.
The process starts after the main and subcontractors' selection. Construction management aims to meet the requirements of design, estimated time, quality and cost criteria, and standards and regulations. It is a day-to-day process requiring quality management systems, occupational safety, document management, change management, and risk management activities.
Provisional and Final Acceptance Management
Upon the completion of the project, the control of its compliance with the relevant standards, specifications, quality plans, and regulations is implemented, and if the contractor achieves the requirements of provisional acceptance (PA) criteria in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. The Final Acceptance is when the final condition of the completed work is verified or confirmed, which usually takes place after the necessary tests have run. if any defect or deficiency is identified, the contractor has to make corrections.
Construction disputes may occur due to contract delays, failure to enforce the agreement, or incomplete or unsubstantiated claims. Due diligence, technical analysis, and evaluation and reporting services are provided for the resolution of disputes between the client and the contractor or subcontractor.
Technical consultancy services may require during the design or construction phases in various fields. Technical assessment, advice, and studies are part of the technical consultancy services.
