Final Account Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a university Civil Engineering program,
• At least 7 - 10 years of experience,
• Proficient in MS Office and Autocad,
• Strong coordination skills, able to handle work scheduling and time management,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Residing in Istanbul – Anatolian side or in the Izmit area,
• Able to work on projects both in the city and out of town,
• No travel restrictions,
• Holds a Class B driver's license and drives actively,
• Able to carry out progress payment, final account, work completion, and measurement attachment checks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing project quantity take-offs,
• Preparing material quantity take-offs as the basis for purchase orders,
• Creating progress payment file formats,
• Preparing project-based quantity take-offs and progress payments,
• Checking progress payments received from other construction sites,
• Entering progress payment processes into the digital system and carrying out tracking and approval procedures,
• Unit price analyses and checking of new unit prices,
• Preparing final account files,
• Tracking and checking the payment and invoice tracking tables for the assigned project,
• Ensuring project coordination and workflow (operations-design office-construction site)
