Mechanical Engineer

• Graduate of a university Mechanical Engineering program,
• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant position,
• Proficient in MS Office and Autocad,
• Strong coordination skills, able to handle work scheduling and time management,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Residing in Istanbul – Anatolian side or in the Izmit area,
• Able to work on projects both in the city and out of town,
• No travel restrictions,
• Able to carry out progress payment, final account, work completion, and measurement attachment checks.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing quantity take-offs and progress payments on time and without errors,
• Identifying the machinery and equipment needed for daily production and taking the necessary steps to procure them,
• Preparing cost estimates for materials to be purchased in coordination with the purchasing department,
• Carrying out the necessary organization and planning with companies regarding the maintenance of mechanical systems,
• Able to follow up on projects, schools, and our other implementation processes,
• Will ensure that mechanical works are carried out and completed fully and without errors,
• Will ensure that installation errors are identified and corrected,
• Will follow up on progress payment, planning, and reporting processes,
• Will work in accordance with Quality Management System procedures and instructions,
• Able to track on-site works and documentation,
• Able to stay in constant contact with the construction site, identify problems, and develop solutions,
• Able to direct and manage subcontractors and the coordination of the work.
