Located on a 12,700 m² site in Gebze Güzeller OIZ, DB Schenker Arkas Logistics Center was designed as an A+ logistics facility complying with all international standards. The ground floor of the facility, whose structural design SIGMA undertook, covers 6,800 m² and is served by a total of 9 doors: 8 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Its height is approximately 14 m. Basement level 1 covers 8,700 m² and is served by a total of 10 doors: 9 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Its height is 13.2 m. On both floors, the office and handling areas are located on the mezzanine.

The facility has two floors. The ground floor is almost 6800 sqm and receives service from 8 doors opening to loading&unloaidng bay and one door dedicated to the forklifts. The height of the ground floor is 14 meters. The basement floor is almost 8.700 sqm and receives service from 9 doors opening to loading&unloaidng bay and one door dedicated to the forklifts. The height of the ground floor is 13.2 meters. On both floors, a mezzanine level was created for the administration offices and handling areas.
