Tarlabaşı 360
One of the largest urban renewal projects in Istanbul, Taksim 360 restructured the Tarlabaşı district while preserving its environmental, historical, architectural and cultural values.
To preserve the original exterior appearance, some building facades were retained as they were, while others were rebuilt faithfully to the original. The renovation of the buildings was carried out with great care to reflect Tarlabaşı's authentic architectural spirit and way of life.

Most of the facades of the historic buildings were dismantled from the interiors and retained by supportive steel structures, and the rest were demolished. Interiors were restructured with new functions. All rehabilitation works were meticulously implemented throughout the project duration.
