Liberty Fabay Hotel
Located in Fethiye, Muğla, Liberty Fabay Hotel is a 5-star hotel project delivered by SIGMA in 2020.
Liberty Fabay Hotel, whose structural design was carried out by SIGMA, is an exclusive upscale project in Fethiye with 535 rooms, spread over a 50,000 m² site with a construction area of approximately 90,000 m². A reinforced concrete frame with a flat-slab (beamless) floor system was used as the main load-bearing system. The roof floors and pedestrian bridges were designed in steel. The design package was delivered following the structural system work for the aquapark and pools, the pool revisions and the landscape additions.

Reinforced concrete carcass and beamless building floors were used as the load-bearing system. SIGMA designed steel truss pedestrian bridges and roof floors. After the carrier system works for the aquapark and pools, pool revisions, and landscaping additions, the design package was delivered. The structural design package covers aquapark and pools' load-bearing systems with the landscaping.
