Located on a 26,100 m² site in Gebze Güzeller OIZ, Demas Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices was designed as an A+ facility complying with all international standards. The ground floor of the facility, whose structural design was prepared by SIGMA, covers 12,400 m² and is served by a total of 15 doors: 14 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Its height is approximately 14 m. Basement level 1 covers 12,400 m² and is served by a total of 14 doors: 13 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Its height is 11 m. Basement level 2 covers 15,100 m² and is served by a total of 15 doors: 14 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Its height is 11 m.
