Global Headquarters Karaköy
Located on Rıhtım Street in Karaköy, the existing Global Yatırım Holding building was restored and repurposed with the approval of the Conservation Board, in parallel with the Galataport Project.
The project's most important feature is the suspension of the historic facade on a steel structure. The facade suspension and building demolition project carried out by SIGMA is located in Karaköy, Istanbul. In this building, notable for its facades, the front and rear facades were suspended using a suspension system that SIGMA applied on site for the first time, and the interior demolition of the building was carried out in this way.
