Horoz Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices
The project, whose structural design SIGMA undertook, is located in Kocaeli and was completed in 2011.
The ground floor is 16.800 sqm, about 14 meters in height, and receives service from a total of 18 doors: 17 loading & unloading bay doors and 1 forklift door. The basement floor is 16.400 sqm, about 11.5 meters in height, and receives service from a total of 35 doors: 33 loading & unloading bay doors and 2 forklift doors. The basement mezzanine of the facility, which is 5.100 m² in size, can also work independently with 4 loading doors. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels.
The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
