Jokey Plastik Production Facility, whose structural design SIGMA undertook, was completed in 2011.
The facility of Jokey Plastik, one of the world's leading manufacturers of rigid plastic packaging with lids, is located in Gebkim OIZ. Built on a 20,000 m² site, the facility has a total enclosed area of 14,300 m², comprising 11,800 m² of production, 1,800 m² of office and 700 m² of technical (mechanical) space. Structurally designed by SIGMA, the facility was designed as a column-beam frame system with a steel truss and purlin roof.

It has a 14.300 built-up area, including an 11.800 sqm production hall, 1.800 sqm office space, and 700 sqm mechanical and technical spaces situated on a 20.000 sqm area of land.
The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
The hygiene was critical, as much as the workflow chart. SIGMA used the land slope to create preparation, production, and storage levels to separate them from each other.
