Lord's Palace - Lagoon Beach Hotel
In 2021, SIGMA completed the multidisciplinary design of Lord's Palace Lagoon Beach Hotel in Kyrenia, Cyprus. With two wings, the hotel is a 5-star property featuring extensive landscaping and a sandy beach.
Located in Kyrenia, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the five-star Lord's Palace Lagoon Beach Hotel has a capacity of 500 beds and a usable area of 135,000 m², offering spa, ballroom and casino services in addition to accommodation. Detailed by KR2B Architecture and engineered by SIGMA, the design was developed entirely in 3D using Building Information Modeling (BIM). SIGMA took part in the design with its structural, fire, mechanical and electrical services and consultancy.

Lord's Palace has a 135.000 sqm usable building area with 500 beds. The hotel offers a spectacular casino, a huge ballroom, recreational services with a spa, and pools for visitors. SIGMA and KR2B Architects created the 3D model in the BIM environment and coordinated all the structural, municipality infrastructure, structural, mechanical, and electrical services including architectural details.
