Mercan Logistics Warehouse and Administrative Offices, whose structural design was carried out by SIGMA, was completed in 2012.
The Mercan Logistics Facility is located in Gebze Güzeller OIZ. Situated on an 18,400 m² site, the facility has a total enclosed area of 25,000 m² including technical and mechanical areas. Designed as an A+ logistics facility complying with all international standards, the project's 9,400 m² ground floor, approximately 14 m high, is served by a total of 10 doors: 9 loading docks + 1 forklift door. Basement level 1, covering 10,400 m² with a height of 11.5 m, is served by a total of 11 doors: 10 loading docks + 1 forklift door.

The ground floor is 9.400 sqm, and 14 meters in height receives service from 9 loading & unloading bay doors and one forklift door.
The 1st basement floor is 10.400 sqm and, in height 11.5 meters, receives service from 10 loading &unloading bay doors and one forklift door. The offices and material handling area are on the mezzanine at both levels.
The structure is designed to bear 5 tons/sqm and has a steel truss purlin roof on the column beam frame system.
