A restoration project of a listed historic building, Nukan Hotel consists of 2 phases. The structural design, site implementation and interdisciplinary coordination were provided by SIGMA.
A boutique hotel project that, following its restoration, entered the luxury class through its concept and material choices, Nukan Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul, was rebuilt while preserving its grade 2 listed historic facade. In addition to the structural design, SIGMA provided the execution of the advanced shell works and turnkey finishing works, as well as interdisciplinary coordination.
